Take a short trip to Rincon, Puerto Rico where my brother took his final breath – and his friends gave him a sendoff like I’ve never seen before.

Playlist starts with a view from the English Rose, a restaurant we arrived too late to eat at (only open 8:00am – noon). Next, it skips to El Ankla, the beach bar where his memorial was held with a pig roast, and dj playing his favorite songs.

Moving on to his friend describing the pulley they’ve set up, a former boss who happily pranked the prankster, and a eulogy, followed by flag ceremony and taps.

After sundown, the fires begin – first to set the boat alight before sending it out into the Caribbean, then the bonfire to illuminate the beach.

The playlist wraps up with a nice view of the waves crashing into a tidal pool, and the sights and sounds as we left Rincon.
